Start playfully, get seriously far

Learning AI is allowed to be easy.

You may well be using it already — and it still isn't doing your work. That is not on you. I show you how to hand tasks over to AI: on your real work, in plain language, at your own pace. If you are starting from zero, we start at zero.

  • No prior knowledge needed

Where are you right now?

Four levels. You join where you are.

I teach all four myself. There is nothing to catch up on.

Three prompts show you which of your tasks AI can take over tomorrow — and which ones it had better not.

  3. 02

    An AI colleague

    €49

One or two hours of setup, after which it knows your role, your tools and how your day actually runs.

  4. 03

    Systems that run without you

    Workshops

Scheduled routines, clean handovers — and work sitting finished in the morning that nobody did at night.

I know how real companies actually work

About me

I design how people learn AI — not just what they learn.

As an AI Learning Experience Architect and Curriculum Designer I build learning programmes that do not smell of theory. My measure is not whether someone can talk about AI afterwards — it is whether they use it on Monday.

I have been inventing and building AI systems for years. Today I design the programmes other people learn from — and I stand in front of the group myself. Inventing, building, teaching: to me the best combination there is.

Before that: 25 years of IT in German mid-sized business. That is why I know where AI genuinely helps at work — email, meetings, documents, spreadsheets, reports, projects — and where it merely looks like the future.

Igor Pogany calls me “the person who fails the most”, and he means it as a compliment. Whoever fails has walked into a wall — and a wall you have found eventually turns into a door. Whoever never finds one has none to open. That is why I know where things break, and why I do not have to pretend it works on the first try.

AI Mastery — Tony Robbins / AI Advantage

Together with Igor Pogany I develop the curriculum, the training, the AI systems and the live workshops for currently around 600 participants in the AI Mastery programme by Tony Robbins / AI Advantage. I sit in on the Q&A sessions and answer participants' questions myself.

Golem Karrierewelt — four workshops of my own

At Golem Karrierewelt I teach four open workshops myself — from AI fundamentals through CustomGPTs and vibe coding to AI agents. Online, in small groups, with participants from very different companies.

How I work myself

I did not write a single one of these prompts.

My most important AI colleagues are not the ones working through tasks. They are the ones I think with. I take every question to them — and come back with something that was not possible before.

Seven agents run on cloud servers of mine. Setting up a server like that is something I never learned; in twenty-five years of IT it was never my trade. Claude did it, through the provider's interface.

What an API actually is, ChatGPT explained to me at some point. That does not make me a server administrator. But it is enough to say: here is the interface, please do the part I cannot.

And then I test it.

What sits at the end of that chain

The systems that work without me today. They are not my team — they are what came out of it.

  • Secretary

Shows me where the ball is: who is still owed a reply by me, who still owes me one, and what it was about. Incoming invoices go straight into the finance tray.

  • Bookkeeping

Sorts what comes in, checks what might be tax-deductible, and passes it on.

  • Tax

Goes through every item again and assembles the quarterly file that goes to the tax advisor.

  • Paperwork

Fills in incoming forms and writes outgoing invoices.

  • Marketing

Turns a half-formed idea into a finished concept — copy, visual, post.

  • Sales

Reads the state of the market first, then writes the proposal.

  • Minutes

Sits in on every meeting, takes it down word for word, and afterwards delivers tasks, open decisions and who owns what.

  • Engineering

Builds whatever I come up with — tools, prototypes, the systems themselves.

The AgentHub is not an employee, it is the office

This is where they all meet and can hand work to one another. If the minutes-taker sees that a task suits an agent better than me, it lands in that agent's tray — and gets collected the next time the agent docks in.

And one rule holds it all together

When one AI hands work to another, the second one does not simply carry it out. It first writes down what it intends to do, how, and by which route. I say yes — then it runs. That is why I can let the whole thing run without sitting next to it.

Participant feedback

The workshop was very well structured. The trainer addressed every one of my questions and the exercises were genuinely practical. The workshop helped me enormously.

Do it yourself

Two things you can do without me.

One costs nothing and takes ten minutes. The other costs 49 euros and takes an hour or two — after which you have an AI colleague that knows your job.

Claude Job-Compass — mini playbook by Dirk Wonhöfer

Your Claude Job-Compass

Three prompts. They show you which of your tasks Claude can take over tomorrow, where your biggest professional lever sits, and how to start concretely next week.

Claude fürs Büro — setup playbook by Dirk Wonhöfer

€49 one-off

Claude fürs Büro

The setup playbook for an AI colleague that understands your job: your own context, a central office HQ, ten ready-made guides for real office work. By the end the playbook rewrites itself around your role.

The method behind it

Living Playbooks

The book that rewrites itself for you.

Living Playbooks — the book that rewrites itself for you

While writing Claude fürs Büro I noticed something: inside the playbook we build up the reader context that lets Claude genuinely know the reader — you. And I thought:

“That is enough background to adapt the whole playbook to every single reader. Not everyone uses Zoom or Excel — and not everyone has the same job. Picture Tanja from sales: she opens the playbook and finds exactly the apps she uses every day — and how to put them to work with Claude.”

That idea turned into the concept of Living Playbooks — and Claude fürs Büro is the first of its kind.

Don't learn AI as theory. Learn it hands-on — and put it to work straight away.

Four dates at Golem Karrierewelt — online, small groups, participants from different companies. You leave with concrete templates you can use on Monday. Booking directly with Golem.

The method

The AI may do what is reversible. What is irreversible belongs to a human.

Nobody here learns to build things themselves — the AI builds. You learn to direct it: break work into pieces, make states visible, write rules in plain language, and hand over everything reversible. In the end the human sits in exactly two places: at the irreversible action, and at the approval when the system wants to change itself.

This is also compliance by design: the human oversight the AI Act and GDPR require is not bolted on as a policy — it sits in the way the thing is built. My participants meet it without having learned a single line of compliance theory.

  1. Manual step
  2. Skill

  4. AI colleague
  5. your own AI team

Each level wraps the one below it. Whoever has built one colleague knows how the next one goes.

In-house

A workshop for your company?

I build AI workshops for teams that want more than an understanding of what AI can do — they want to work better with it. From a C-level strategy day to hands-on training for a department: we translate AI into your real processes, tools and tasks.

Frequently asked

What you probably want to know.

Who is Dirk Wonhöfer?
An AI Learning Experience Architect, Curriculum Designer and AI Trainer. Together with Igor Pogany I develop the curriculum, the training, the AI systems and the live workshops for currently around 600 participants in the AI Mastery programme by Tony Robbins / AI Advantage. At Golem Karrierewelt I teach four open workshops of my own. Before that: 25 years of IT in German mid-sized business.
What is “Claude fürs Büro”?
A setup playbook that turns Claude into an AI colleague who understands your job. In one to two hours you set up your context, build yourself a central office HQ and get ten ready-made guides for typical office tasks — from email triage through meeting notes and spreadsheet analysis to the weekly review. Plus two personal AI advisors. By the end the playbook rewrites itself around your role and your tools.
What does “Claude fürs Büro” cost?
49 euros, one-off. The purchase runs through Gumroad and access arrives immediately. For purchases from other EU countries, the VAT of that country is shown during checkout.
Do I need prior knowledge?
No. The playbook takes you step by step. You need access to Claude and one to two hours. Anyone already working with AI simply moves through the basics faster.
What is a Living Playbook?
A digital handbook that rewrites itself as you read. At the start the reader creates a short job briefing; on that basis the rest of the book adapts to their role, their tools and their working day. Someone using Shopify gets Shopify workflows, someone using Asana gets Asana workflows. “Claude fürs Büro” is the first playbook of this kind.
What is the Claude Job-Compass and what does it cost?
A free mini playbook with three prompts. It shows you which tasks Claude can take over tomorrow, where your biggest professional lever sits, and how to work Claude into your week concretely. You enter your email address and it is sent straight to you.
What do I take away from a workshop?
Not a certificate and not notes, but a running system: an AI colleague that gets work done by itself the next morning — collecting meetings, classifying them, processing them, placing finished email drafts in your inbox. Plus reusable building blocks (skills, an installable plugin, your own DNA files), a personal 30-day roadmap and a handoff package to bring the system into your team. And above all the method to build the next AI colleague on your own.
Is this AI Act and GDPR compliant?
Human oversight is not bolted onto my systems as a policy, it is built into how they work: the AI only ever handles what is reversible, and every irreversible action — sending, publishing, deleting, transferring money — stays with a human. On top of that come classification with a confidence score, a quality gate, and drafts instead of automatic dispatch. The resulting systems therefore embody the principles of the AI Act and GDPR in the workflow itself, rather than only knowing them in theory. This does not replace legal advice.
Do you offer workshops for companies?
Yes. At Golem Karrierewelt I teach four open online workshops that anyone can book individually. For teams I develop in-house workshops, from a C-level strategy day to hands-on training for departments, each adapted to industry, audience, tool stack and maturity. For larger organisations there are also Living Playbooks as a personalised AI training per employee.
