For companies

Living Playbooks for companies.

One personalised AI training per employee — not one course for everyone.

Picture handing the Claude fürs Büro playbook to your 500 employees. Each of them fills in their my-job file in ten minutes. And then each of them has the playbook rewritten around their own workplace, their tools, their workflows — through the Personal Playbook Method™.

Every employee has a guide in front of them that is cut precisely to them — with their tools, their stakeholders, their working day.

Until now that was not possible. Classic enterprise AI training lands in practice at a five to fifteen percent transfer rate — because standard training is built for a fictional standard person nobody really is. Personalisation was the answer, but it did not scale: fifty employees with individual coaching was feasible, five hundred utopian, five thousand impossible.

Long-context LLMs change that arithmetic. Develop the foundation playbook once, then the content personalises itself per person in two to five minutes. Marginal cost per additional employee: close to zero. Value per person rises with scale — because more tool variations, more personas and more use cases accumulate in the foundation material.

And for compliance in German-speaking markets the architecture is clean: no central export of internal documents is needed, the personalisation happens in the employee's own LLM chat. In data protection terms, this is the simple route.

The expert is Claude.

You do not have to send an AI consultant to every desk. You do not have to run an eight-week training programme. The expertise of a good AI coach is baked into the foundation playbook and the prompts — and multiplies itself out to every employee on its own.

Within a week a 500-person company can move from “we use AI, but not in any structured way” to “every employee has a personalised AI setup for their job”.

Compliance by design

The AI may do what is reversible. What is irreversible belongs to a human.

The question that stops more AI projects in Germany than any technical hurdle is: “Are we even allowed to do this?” That is why human oversight in my systems is not a policy someone is meant to follow — it sits in the way the thing is built.

The resulting systems therefore embody the principles of the AI Act and GDPR in the workflow itself — your employees meet them without having learned a single line of compliance theory. This does not replace legal advice.

Discovery call

If that sounds like your situation — let's talk.

Thirty minutes, we go through headcount, tool stack and compliance — and I show you what a pilot could look like. No sales pitch, no packages. An honest assessment of whether Living Playbooks fit your situation.
